Dashboard Key Metrics Explained

1. Valid

The “Valid” status represents the volume of clean, legitimate requests that passed through our system without issue. These are requests where a real user successfully completed the captcha, validating that they are genuine.

2. Invalid

Requests labeled “Invalid” signify that a challenge was presented to a bot or suspicious request, and the validation was ultimately unsuccessful. This failure might occur because the bot provided an incorrect solution or was unable to complete the captcha altogether. Displayed in red on the dashboard, invalid requests help identify and block unwanted traffic, ensuring only legitimate users reach your site.

3. Re-Submits

Re-Submits, marked in purple, represent cases where a bot attempted to reuse a previously validated captcha solution. Our system recognizes these attempts and marks them as re-submissions.

4. Billed Validations

“Billed Validations” refer to the total number of challenges that were presented and processed, forming the basis for billing. Represented by the blue line on the dashboard, this metric provides a clear view of monthly usage.
